Details of the Asset
Investment is made in premium-grade GPUs (e.g., Nvidia H100s). These assets are in extraordinary demand, driven by exponential growth in AI model training, inference needs, and the expansion of cloud AI service providers. These are rented out to AI labs, platforms and compute AI cloud service providers. The servers are contracted to clients on 1,3,6,12+ months contracts. Pricing depends on the length of the contracts (with one month contracts expected to be significantly higher than short-term ones).
